Jon Vaude is a Screenwriter/Director from Metro-Atlanta. An alumnus of the University of Georgia, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, with a minor in African-American Studies.
Jon has interned for WarnerMedia, Jesse Collins Entertainment, and Autumn Bailey Entertainment.
Whether it’s his feature about 93’s Freaknik, which won the 2023 Atlanta Film Festival, or Anotha Fifteen Minutes, his pilot about a r’n’b group from Atlanta, which placed Finalist in Final Draft’s 2023 Big Break Competition, Jon’s storytelling is colored by a conscious choice to explore the stories of the south and the black community that thrives there.
